Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

• Please note: Items from the Black Boy Joy Collection (shirts) are made to order and may require additional processing time.

Shipping Times

• Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.

• You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@nurturingamir.co and we will assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@nurturingamir.co with your order number.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1–2 business days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
